Castle Peak Ranch Outfitters is located in New Castle Colorado, where you can expect a world class elk hunt, the reason for that is simple, you'll hunt on some of the best hunting ground in Colorado. We offer Guided, Semi-guided and DIY hunts for archery, muzzleloader and rifle for Elk, duck, mule deer, turkey on 1,123 acers of private land, which. The property boundaries stretch from the Colorado River all the way to rolling uplands to the north that border BLM land and national forest and has a large resident herd of elk and mule deer year-round. The property is uniquely located protected by large neighboring ranches and surrounded by hundreds of thousands of acres of national forest inaccessible to the public. This makes for a true big game sanctuary allowing for ultimate game management. It’s not uncommon to see elk herds on the property numbering in the hundreds. Elk herd sightings that have to be seen to believe.
In addition, we also offer world class fly fishing on nearly two miles of the Colorado river.
The private land hunting is conducted in Game Management Unit (GMU) #33. In addition, the property allows for unique access to the White River National Forest and BLM land consists of the Flat Top Range with over [1] million acres.
